Return Policy
Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will accept items for return/exchange as long as they are in brand new, unused condition. Please call or email us within 14 days of the order date on your invoice, and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will either refund the total to your credit card or exchange the item at your request. We will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price paid (less shipping and handling). If you return an item that you received free shipping on you will be refunded less the amount it cost us to ship the product to you. For exchanges, a new shipping and handling charge will apply for the new item(s) sent. We apologize, but we are unable to offer exchanges or issue refunds for items that have been used, washed, damaged, or are missing their complete packaging. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the item back. You can get this number by emailing us at info@HawaiiBabyStore.com. Any returns received without an RMA number are subject to refusal. We will send you the return address along with your RMA number.
Shipping problems:
Your item(s) must be inspected for damages and shortages upon delivery. You must notify us within 48 hours if the item(s) you received is damaged or missing. If we are not contacted within 48 hours it will be the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. If you never received the package and we show by delivery confirmation that it was delivered to the shipping address provided it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim.

Typographical Errors

Hawaii Baby Store, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hawaii Baby Store, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
