Baby authors recommend it for its ease of use; it takes only seconds to put on and put the baby in. Baby Holder is made of soft and cool 100% cotton material or mostly cotton. Less allergenic for sensitive baby skin. Padding is flame-retardant polyester fiber fill. Wash gentle cycle, low heat, air or fluff dry recommended, no bleach. Non-phosphate detergents suggested for baby's skin. Wash separately first few times as fabric may bleed. Excessive heat may shrink your Baby Holder. Features: * The baby can be carried in any natural position: nursing hold, cradle hold, football hold, burping hold, and hip straddle without any re-adjusting. Baby can also be positioned heart-to-heart, sitting up, and facing outward. * Your Baby can breastfeed discreetly, and your baby sling can be taken off without waking your baby. * Our babyslings fit both small mom and large dad, and, will fit any baby from newborn to 4 year old. The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder babysling relaxes your baby to sleep, and it can be taken off without waking baby. Since 1987 it has been custom fitted to thousands of parents; their babies until refined to perfection. * The OTSBH is padded because without padding an infant’s head; torso cannot be supported properly; padding allows carrying a 4 year old all day without discomfort to parents back. The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder baby sling is padded in 3 places: 1. There is a strip of padding that goes under the newborns head and along their side to give their tiny body extra support. 2. There is a pad on the caregiver/parents shoulder that allows them to carry a larger toddler all day without undue discomfort. 3. There is a strip of padding that goes under the 6 month to 3 or 4 year olds' legs when you carry them on your hip to prevent cutting off their circulation. The remainder of the OTSBH baby sling is not padded so that it will be cool and comfortable. * The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder comes with a FREE 20 minute instructional video. This produces happier users and less returns. Our video-instructions show a larger variety of positions to carry the baby and a variety of different age babies moms can relate to. Stocked Sizes: S, M, L custom orders for sizes: XL, XXL, or XXXL for an additional $10.00 fee. The custom sewn lengths take about 2 weeks extra.
